Daily Squats Do More Than Diddly Squat
Reflections on habit #7 in my journey
My enthusiasm for this habit falls firmly in the middle. I neither hate it nor love it. Unlike planks, I don’t get a rush of accomplishment or satisfaction when I do my daily squats.
On the other hand, doing one set of as many squats as I can pull off each evening while watching the news fits firmly into my sneak-a-bit-of-exercise-into-my-day-without-ever-changing-into-workout-gear strategy.
I believe in the value of doing some squats every day, the habit fits neatly into my routine, this one is a keeper.
