Excellent question. My brother with special needs got a job cleaning the police station as part of a special needs employment program. He was over moon happy because he idolizes the police. For a week everything was great. Then one day one of the officers knocked on the window of the room he was cleaning and asked him to open the back door and let him in so he didn't have to go around to the front. He did and was immediately fired. It was a sting to see if he would follow training and "never open the back door to anyone."

"But he was a policeman. You always have to obey a policeman."

He was devasted.
