Ha! In my day we didn't have anything as convenient as CDs to burn. Nope, I had to sit there with a cassette in my boom box waiting for them to play a good song on the radio. I made a mixtape for my high school boyfriend using an old cassette tape we had sitting around in the house and didn't realize that when the music ended there was a bunch of recorded message of my family arguing at the dinner table. Why we ever had that on the cassette tape I have no idea.
