I could have highlighted every word of this. My oldest is now 24. She was a super attached baby and I faced so much grief about it. It wasn't even a conscious choice on my part. It was just what she so obviously needed. This lasted up until about 2nd grade. I let her be who she was and I was there for her and boom if today she isn't the most incredible kick ass independent woman taking the world by storm today you could ever imagine.
