I hate coffee, but I did like your story. I love your sense of humor and I enjoy learning things so this was a great story for me.

I suspect your lack of traction was due to two main factors. Title and self publication.

Telling me to read this is almost a guaranteed way to get me not to read this unless the information is absolutely critical to me in some way and I trust the source. I would have worked your coffee expertise into the title in some way. Also use a subtitle to punch up interest.

Next I would have put this in a publication. It's really hard to gain traction with self published articles until you have reached a high number of followers.

Finally, your story would benefit from a little proofreading. Grammarly is a great start. The free option is fine.

I really did enjoy reading this one. You have a great voice and did some good research.
