I like your story. With only two views you know the title is the reason. With so much material here you need to give people a reason to read.

Not all of Medium is intellectual. Not by a long shot. Your subject matter is perfect for Medium and mentioning Tik Tok is fine.

Give people a reason to read in the the title. Something along the lines of "Finding your perfect mantra on TikTok" or even drawing out a line from the song.
