I love this Melanie. I come from a big family and I have three kids myself. Trust me, there is plenty of bossiness, loneliness, etc. no matter the family size. Why people are so quick to judge and stereotype baffles me.

In a large family you can often get away with more because your parents are busy. There is no perfect family size.
