I really appreciated this breakdown. Lately when I've been asked, "So, what do you do?" I answer, "I'm a freelance writer." Blogger is a much more accurate term since all my paid writing in on Medium currently and I'm not seeking out clients. But most people I interact with wouldn't understand the term. I don't say writer because then they assume books and want to know what kind of books I have written.

Freelance is a term people understand. It's working for me.
