I spent my childhood in the Philippines so it always has a special place in my heart.

More than ten years have passed since I had the thought of leaving the country for a better life, and now my niece is thinking of the same thing — still the same goddamn thought. Ten years have passed, and the youth still want to leave the Philippines because they still believe there is no future in our country.
