I think B, D, and E. Maybe. What do I know. I'm experiencing very low views since the 6th and only one story distributed so E is at least some of it I think. Also I know that I follow a lot of people. I certainly don't see everything all the people I follow post. Some people I seek out and over time Medium seems to learn that and push everything they post at me. But others? I don't know.
