I'm guessing this one is a victim of pandemic fatigue and poetry avoidance, both of which appear in large measure on Medium.

I loved it. It struck exactly the right holiday notes for me. But I probably never would have clicked on it if you hadn't submitted it here because I didn't know it was going to be one of the few pandemic/what is the world coming to posts that made me feel better after reading.

I like to challenge myself in reading but I'm also looking for escape and comfort and I think I'm not alone. I'm grateful for pieces like this even though I probably miss a lot of them.

Sorry, I feel like I don't really have useful advice but I'm really glad you submitted here and hope more people see your poem as a result.
