I lift weights. Then I put them down again.
I’m on a roll with adding in little bits of exercise throughout the day. As long as it's quick and doesn’t require exercise gear I can easily talk myself into it. Doing a few sets with my dumbells fits the bill.
I decided to tack a few sets of dumbells lifts on to doing squats each day while watching the local evening news. I’m in no danger of getting pumped this way, but every little bit of movement in my life matters, right?
This is another keeper. 10 for 12 so far.
