One of the best things to come out of lockdown for me was shopping local. Which in my case meant a local village shop in Cornwall stocked with produce from local farmers who had been selling to local restuarants. Mind blowing the taste differences from my usual Lidl/Morrisons. This has changed the way I eat permanently. But... like you say...I'm extremely privileged to be able to make this choice and I pay for it in both time and money. Worth it, but heartbreaking so many can't.
