The penultimate habit in my month of new habits is a solid winner. Taking a few minutes during clean-up after the evening meal to plan ahead for tomorrow’s supper is a game-changer.
I’m wasting less food and saving myself frustration and last-minute scrambling. This habit falls firmly in the camp of very small effort for big rewards.
