Squatting Through the News
Habit #7 in my 30 day journey
I’ve got five days under my belt now of planks so it’s time to add in some leg work. I’m going to start doing squats during the evening news.
Since Covid started, we’ve gotten into the habit of watching the local news after dinner. This seems like a perfect time to slip in some squats before my normal evening couch potato activities. Baby steps, people. I’m working on baby steps.
I think I’ll try just doing as many as I can each day. Any guesses how many I’ll get done tonight and then how much I can improve over the course of a mouth?
