This is a super helpful article. I unwittingly frustrated someone the other day when I left a private note on her story. Minutes later I saw that she had emailed me about that exact topic so I answered the email and went back and deleted the private note. The next day I got an email from her all frustrated because she couldn't find the private note she had been notified about. Oops. I left pretty bad about it.
