This is very true. I think the lottery ticket analogy is the perfect one because it fit the facts. There is nothing wrong with playing the lottery and enjoying the fantasy. But if that is your plan for paying the bills you are in deep trouble. For someone who happened to win the lottery to say, "Just buy more tickets" is ignoring statistics.
