This totally resonates with me. I've been in so many of those rigid style Bible studies over the years. Right now I'm in one that pretty much functions as you describe your dream group. The irony is that I think of young people as being more flexible but most of the people in my current group are in their 60s, 70s, and 80s. It is very refreshing. We meet over zoom right now so I'm missing the tea and biscuits.
