With the numbers that low you don't even need to look beyond the title. Most stories that do well on medium have a title that really hooks and draws the reader in.
In both the title and body of the story you need to make it a little bit more about the reader and less about you. Something like, "need some me time? How to find the perfect spot."
Within the story I'd also try to focus on using your experience to give advice to the reader. Right off the bat state what your example has to offer the reader. Something like, finding the perfect spring reading spot can make your spirits soar with the temperatures.
Go back-and-forth between your experience and how someone else can find their own perfect spot.
