Habit #1 in my month-long journey

No fooling, I plan to start a new habit every single day in April. I plan to keep doing each habit for at least 30 days so by the end of the month I will have started 30 habits and be well established in many of them.
The first habit is writing and posting each day about my new habit. Hopefully, this will be in addition to my normal writing rather than replacing it.
From time to time I’ll use this space to update how the overall experiment is going.
