Yes! One conversation at time feels painfully slow but I think it has the most chance of success. I feel like white people need to be encouraged to have more of these conversations with each other. It's not that we have a better chance of convincing other white people that racism exists but more that most aren't as quick to stop talking to another white person. It's not the way it should be but we have to start in the world we live in I guess.
