Your stories are well organized but I wish you put a little bit more of yourself in them. I agree with all of Giedre's points. On Medium you have to draw people in with the title and convince them to read with your first few sentences.

People read posts about movies for one of three reasons. 1. To decide if this is a movie they want to watch. 2. Because they've already seen it and want to hear someone else's thoughts about it. Or 3. They don't intend to watch it but want to know what it is about so they understand when other people talk about it.

Your stories would work well for people in category 3. Unfortunately for you, that is the smallest category of all.

For #1 people (which would include me as I haven't seen any of these three movies), you included too much imbd material (who's in it, etc.), and gave away all the important plot points. #1 people want to know if it is their kind of movie without any spoilers.

For #2 people, I don't think you gave them enough content to chew on. They already know the plot and the actors. They want someone else's thoughts and emotions. They want to feel affirmed or challenged in their own take on things.

I'm just one reader but what works best for me in movie stories is someone who interacts with the story and shares their own take on things without giving too much away or at least posts a spoiler warning.
